The typical fulfillment time for brand new systems using our configurator is about 2-5 days and the typical fulfillment time for fully tailored systems is 2-21 days, although a lack of specific components might increase this period. We are unable to provide instant delivery as all of our systems are custom built, by hand, to order. This slower fulfillment time is due to the nature of the service. Think about it this way. Would you expect your tailor-made suit to be done immediately after you order it?

All of our systems come with lifetime support, with warranty of individual components varying across the brands. We offer three years of onsite servicing for our brand new systems and one year of onsite service for refurbished systems. To make a warranty claim or support request, send us an email

You can choose to come down to our shop to collect the system or have it delivered for an additional $35 delivery fee, inclusive of setup.
